Employee training in a global logistics company on the example of DHL.

In 2016 DHL Freight launched a global training program called Certified Freight Specialist. Its main goal is to increase the staff’s competence, engagement and satisfaction in order to provide the best service quality. Another parallel objective is to introduce a unified management style, or inclusive management approach. People join companies but leave managers. In the presentation, you will hear how these two goals are interconnected, on what basis such training is done and where we lie today.
