1. DayAccess to cabins becomes available at
17:15 after summary. Until then we ask to leave overdresses and luggage in wardrobe in Tango Lounge, located on deck 6. There will be directive signs.
During coffee breaks you can browse information desks of companies. Information desks by: Kühne+Nagel, DPD, Itella, ACE Logistics, Estonian Post, Telema, Estma. Browse actively, it is a suitable time to get new connections.
17.55 Anyone who fears of getting seasick should take the pill against nausea before the ship’s departure at
18:00Dinner starts at
19:00 in Tango Lounge, where cold supper and welcome drinks are served. The entertainment program, led by Jaan Kirss, begins at
20:00.
At midnight, be ready to put the clock back for 1 hour (Swedish time).
2. DayIn the morning at
6.30-10.00 you can eat breakfast in Buffet Tallink. Showing your Logistikaseminar 2010 name tag will grant you access.
At
9:30- 12:00 in Starlight Palace on deck 6, an information desk is set up, where we ask all the guests, who have registered for the excursion, to confirm their participation before
10:15. If you have not registered, but wish to participate, then first people to sign up, might get the opportunity in case of cancellations. We go to the excursion together at
10:30.
Please sign up for lunch before
11:00, because access to lunch in Buffet Tallink at
13.00-14.00 is possible only for pre-signed guests.
Registration to MS Baltic Queen bridge visit is open form
11:00 to
11:55. At
12:00 we go to the visit.
Parallel to registration, you can let the photographer take your photo in Starlight Palace. Group photo possibility also available.
Format of the workgroups remain the same as previous years, but they are set in different restaurants and pubs to establish more free environment and encourage creative thoughts.
